Overview
The DGL-422 control cable is designed for applications where you are feeding RS-422 control data out of the 9 pin control data output of a Yamaha digital console into the “Control” circuits RJ45 jack of the VIM-1832 (i.e. sending control data from mix position back down to the stage). This dongle has active electronics inside the 9 pin connector. Two of these cables are required for remote control of on stage mic preamps. This control data travels with the audio data on the same fiber pair.
